On the Retention Connector home page, after clicking Update, one or more of the following errors may be displayed:

A Policy Center document type does not exist in your database.

The following Policy Center document types do not exist in OnBase

There are Policy Center document types that do not exist in the OnBase database, and the affected Policy Center document types are listed.

The following Policy Center keyword types do not exist in OnBase

There are Policy Center keyword types that do not exist in the OnBase database, and the affected Policy Center keyword types are listed.

Error details can be hidden or shown by clicking Hide Details or Show Details, respectively. In addition, if unmapped document types exist, they are displayed in the Unmapped Document Types tab.

A bulleted list is displayed with the following document types: "Background Checks and Authorizations", "Address Changes", "401K Employee Information", and "Applicant Correspondence".

Resolve errors involving missing Document Types and Keyword Types by creating Document Types or Keyword Types in the OnBase Configuration module. For more details on how to create Document Types or Keyword Types, see the System Administration documentation.

After Document Types and Keyword Types are added, you may click Retry Mapping to display an updated list of Policy Center retention rules. Click Save to have the changes reflected in the Policy Center and in the Retention Connector.

Note:

The Save button is unavailable if there are unmapped Keyword Types.
