In the following example, the repeating IN1 segment provides information about two separate insurance plans.

If you wanted to store the names of both insurance providers in an AutoFill Keyword Set, you would need to use two separate Keyword Types (for example, Primary Insurance and Secondary Insurance).
Similarly, to store the names of both insurance providers in an E-Form, you would need to use two separate form fields.
In either case, the HL7 field containing the name of the insurance provider (IN1.4) must be configured differently for each instance of the IN1 segment.
