Ensure the segment containing allergy information is configured to repeat. If a patient has multiple allergies, an HL7 message may use repeating segments to provide information about each allergy.
To support repeating segments, do one of the following:

In Message Template Configuration, select the Enable to repeat setting for the segment containing allergy information.

In Chart Data Fields Configuration, select the Repeating Segment setting for the Processing Code field, the Allergy - Allergy1 field, and any other allergy field that must be populated by the Allergy Processor.
