When the Re-Index Document option is enabled, the Document Update Processor can change a document's keyword values.
When re-indexing, the Document Update Processor compares the keyword values from the document with the keyword values in the HL7 message. If there is a conflict, the Document Update Processor replaces the value on the document with the value from the HL7 message. Translation tables are respected.
If the document has two values for a Keyword Type, both values will be removed from the document, and the value from the HL7 message will be applied.
