The External Transcription message action can complete Missing Signature and Dual Signature deficiencies created by this import process.
It also can complete chart-level Missing Dictation, Dual Missing Dictation, and Missing Document deficiencies, provided the chart's facility permits auto-completion for the associated Document Types.

The -MRMSANALYSIS server uses the values in the required chart data fields (such as the procedure date and Physician ID) to determine which deficiency to complete.
