Select this option to only create new charts. No existing charts are modified, and existing patient information is not updated.
Note:
If a new chart is created for an existing patient, the patient demographic data for the chart is inherited from the existing record. Patient data is not updated as a result of the message. This allows you to add charts to the system which may have outdated patient data without overwriting existing current data.
