Select this setting to enable the automatic creation of Missing Document/Missing Dictation deficiencies upon admission. These deficiencies are configured in OnBase Configuration under Medical | Deficiency Configuration | Missing Document Type Deficiency.
If this option is not selected, Missing Document/Missing Dictation deficiencies configured to be created upon admission are not created and must be added manually.
Note:
This option is available only if your system is licensed for the Medical Records Management Solution. This option is selectable only when Create Or Update Chart is selected.
