HL7 requires a valid Client license, an HL7 Processor license, and one of the following licenses:

• Basic HL7 Listener—This license provides access to import processes that create data objects, such as AutoFill Keyword Sets, Front Office Scanning Data Sets, folders, and medical record charts.

• HL7 Listener—This license is required by import processes that create documents and E-Forms. This license provides access to all available HL7 import processes, including those that are provided by the Basic HL7 Listener license.

Both licenses provide access to the HL7 Sender. For more information about the import processes available under each license, see Licensing for Import Process Message Actions.

In addition, to route charts through OnBase Workflow queues, ensure OnBase is licensed and configured for Workflow.

Check your current licensing status by selecting Utils | Product Licenses from the Configuration module.
