Other Documents tabs contain medical record documents whose Document Types are not assigned to any other tabs. You must create one tab using the Other Documents tab type.
CAUTION:
If an Other Documents tab is not configured for a chart's facility, and a document whose Document Type is not assigned to a tab is added to a chart, then the documents of the Document Type cannot be viewed within tabs on the chart.
