AutoFills that use the MRN, Master Patient Index, or Chart ID Keyword Type as the primary Keyword Type must satisfy the following requirements:
- The AutoFill must include the assigning authority as a secondary Keyword Type.
- Back-end (automated) import processes must not be allowed to expand this AutoFill on documents. See Configuring Back-End Import Processes for AutoFills.
