Medical records indexing support is enabled in scan queue configuration.

Note:

The Medical Records Indexing Support option is available only for the OnBase Client.

To configure a scan queue for assigning documents to charts:

  1. From OnBase Configuration, select Import | Scan Queue.
  2. Select the scan queue that will provide medical records indexing support.
  3. Click the Process Options button to display the Assign Process Options dialog box.
  4. Select the Integrations tab.
  5. Under Medical Records, select the Medical Records Indexing Support option.
  6. Click Save. The scan queue is now configured for medical records indexing support.
