On systems that allow overlapping MRNs, the following error may be displayed when you click the Validate button on the HL7 Import Process Configuration dialog box in OnBase Configuration:

Inconsistent use of Assigning Authority in message templates. The following templates are not configured to use Assigning Authority:
The message then lists all import processes that are not correctly configured for assigning authorities.

If any AutoFill Keyword Set in the system is configured for MRNs with Assigning Authorities, then all AutoFill Keyword Sets containing the MRN Keyword Type must also contain the Assigning Authority Keyword Type. |

If any message template used for patient record processing is configured for MRNs with Assigning Authorities, then every template used for patient record processing must be configured for MRNs with Assigning Authorities. |
