When the HL7 Listener receives a merge message, the following warning may be logged to either the OnBase Client's HL7 Listener window or the Diagnostics Console's HL7 tab:
-
Warning: no work to perform for merge job due to unknown source identifiers. MPI: [x], MRN: [x], CHT: [x]
This warning indicates that OnBase has received an HL7 merge message that specifies a non-existing record or chart in the message's MRG segment. This warning is logged only when OnBase is running a merge import process with the Ignore invalid "source" values from unmigrated accounts option selected.
This situation does not present a problem if the source chart (in the MRG segment) is not supposed exist in OnBase, as may be the case with historical charts that have not been imported into OnBase.
For more information, see Medical Records Chart.
