You can troubleshoot the HL7 Auto-Sender and Listener using verbose logging. To enable verbose logging, run the OnBase Client with the -V SQL command line switch.
Note:
Do not activate verbose logging after the OnBase Client is started. If you do, OnBase does not write verbose information for background HL7 processes.
