The Advanced tab contains advanced processing options that affect the batches imported via the process format.
The following options are displayed on the Advanced tab:
Option |
Description |
---|---|
Use File Type from Document Type |
The file type of documents imported via the process may differ from the default file format associated with the Document Type. Selecting the Use File Type from Document Type check box forces OnBase to use the default file format of the Document Type for the documents imported via the process format. |
Do Not Create Batch if No Documents are Found |
Select this option to reduce the number of unnecessary Verification Reports generated by OnBase. When this option is selected and an EDI process is run, OnBase will first check the processing directory to verify that there are files to be processed. If there are no files to be processed in the processing directory, the process will not be run and a Verification Report will not be generated. |
