You can configure the EDI process delete the HL7 batch message file after the file is processed.

  1. Select Import | EDI Import |EDI Import Processor.
  2. Select the EDI process and click Process Settings. The EDI Process Settings dialog box is displayed.
  3. To delete the batch message file after processing, select Delete Source Data File. To retain the batch message file after processing, ensure this option is not selected.
  4. Click Save.
