When you copy a segment from the HL7 Segments Assigned dialog box, the original segment in the message template is replaced with the copy. Perform this procedure if you want to replace the default segment in a custom message template with a custom segment.
To replace a message template's original segment with a copy:

Select a message template and click Segments. The HL7 Segments Assigned dialog box is displayed.
