If the User Group will be creating face sheets using the Bar Code Face Sheet Generator or indexing chart-related documents, they must have rights to the associated AutoFill Keyword Sets.

To grant users rights to AutoFill Keyword Sets:

  1. From the Configuration module, select Users | User Groups/Rights.
  2. Select a User Group.
  3. Click Keyword Sets.
  4. Assign the AutoFill Keyword Sets that the users can search and use to create face sheets or to index medical documents.
    Only AutoFill Keyword Sets that a user has rights to are available from the Bar Code Face Sheet Generator in the OnBase Client.
  5. Click Save.
