The Patient Record Administration options in the Administration tab allow administrators to specify different levels of access to the Patient Administration in the OnBase client for a User Group.

The View privilege allows users belonging to the group to open the Patient Administration window and use its search functionality to find and view medical records. Without this privilege, the menu option for Patient Administration is not available.

The Modify privilege allows users belonging to the group to use the medical record management features of Patient Administration, such as manually merging or changing the identifiers for records.

The Delete privilege allows users belonging to the group to use the deletion feature in Patient Administration, and manually delete patients, medical records, and charts.

The Invalid Records privilege allows users belonging to the group to use the Patient Administration search to find invalid medical records.
