To associate the bar code face sheet layout with a statement format:
In OnBase Configuration, select Printing | Statement Format.
In the Statement Format Name field, type the name for the face sheet template and click Create.
The Statement Format Settings dialog box displays. At the UNC Path field, click Browse to navigate out to the UNC location that contains your face sheet template file.
At the Backup UNC Path field, click Browse to navigate out to a UNC location that contains an alternate face sheet template file in case the original file you selected in step 3 is inaccessible (optional).
