Centricity Import can create revisions from re-sent documents, provided the mapped Document Types are revisable. In addition:

A Keyword Type must be mapped to the TXA.12.1 field to uniquely identify Centricity documents.

For attachments, an additional Keyword Type must be mapped to OBX.5.1 to record the attachment file name.
If the field's value in a new message matches the Keyword Value(s) on an existing Centricity document in OnBase, the Centricity Import process identifies the new message's transcription or attachment as re-sent.
