If the following patient demographic information is included in the HL7 message, the Centricity Import process will add it to the header on the first page of the transcription: patient ID, last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, gender, home phone, and office phone. This feature allows header information to be included in outbound HL7 messages sent from OnBase.
Note:
Only information that is available in the HL7 message is included in the header. If OnBase cannot find demographic information the HL7 message, it will omit the corresponding labels from the header.
Note:
If the number of pages in a document cannot be determined, the document page count is set to one page.
