If an import process is configured to track document revision dates using the $$DOCREVDATE field, then a Document Type must be designated to store incoming revisions that are older than the current revision. If this Document Type is not configured, the import process will fail to load, and an error will be displayed.
To designate a Document Type for outdated revisions:

Under Catch replayed transcription message documents to document type, select the Document Type where OnBase should archive older transcriptions.
Note:To preserve data integrity, ensure all Keyword Types used by HL7 are assigned to the Document Type. It is considered a best practice to use a Document Type with a default file format of Text Report Format.
