If the -MRMSANALYSIS server finds multiple matching Missing Signature or Edit Transcription deficiencies, then none of the matching deficiencies are completed, and an exception is logged to the deficiencyexcept database table in OnBase.

If there are multiple matching Missing Document or Missing Dictation deficiencies, then the -MRMSANALYSIS either completes one of the deficiencies, or it logs an exception to the deficiencyexcept table and none of the deficiencies are completed. This behavior for Missing Document and Missing Dictation deficiencies is controlled by the When Auto Completion finds Multiple Deficiencies setting in the Medical Facility Settings dialog box.

To remove an exception, the physician must accept or reject the deficiencies on the chart in the Medical Records Unity Client or DeficiencyPop. When the first matching deficiency is addressed by the physician in Completion, the exception is removed from the table. When a physician completes all of his or her deficiencies on a chart, then the -MRMSANALYSIS server clears the deficiencyexcept table of all exceptions for that physician on that chart.
