Ensure the segment containing medical alert information is configured to repeat. Do one of the following:

In Message Template Configuration, select the Enable to repeat setting for the segment containing alert information.

In Chart Data Fields Configuration, select the Repeating Segment setting for the MedAlert - Processing Code field, the MedAlert - Alert ID field, and any other alert field that must be populated by the Medical Alert Processor.
