Select this setting to remove empty charts using the ADT^A11 Message Type. If applicable, the Virtual E-Form representing the chart in OnBase Workflow is also removed from all life cycles and deleted.
Ensure ADT^A11 is selected as the Message Type for this process.
When the ADT^A11 message is processed, OnBase checks whether any documents are associated with the chart by the specified chart ID. If the chart exists but has no attached documents, OnBase removes the chart and logs the event.
If the chart has associated documents, the actions taken depend on whether the following options are enabled:

Add Attached Documents to Workflow |
Select a Workflow life cycle from the Life Cycle drop-down list to send the documents associated with deleted charts to that life cycle for further processing. Note:
If Do Not Delete Chart if Attached Documents Exist is enabled, attached documents are still added to the selected life cycle when a deletion message for the chart is received, even though the chart itself remains unchanged. |
