If the merged Keyword Type is the primary in an AutoFill Keyword Set, but no instances exist for the source value, the HL7 Back-end Job Processor can still update the primary and secondaries on documents indexed with the source value. Non-empty secondary values from the existing AutoFill Keyword Set will be pushed to these documents, regardless of whether the values were updated by the HL7 message.
Updates occur also if there are no AutoFill instances for either the source or target value. Again, the documents must be associated with the AutoFill Keyword Set at either the Keyword Type or Document Type level. As shown in the following example, the documents will be updated with secondary values from the HL7 message.
