Follow these steps to make a script available for use with HL7.

  1. If necessary, select Queries | VB Scripts to open the VB Scripts dialog box in OnBase Configuration.
  2. Select the script created in the previous procedure.
  3. Click Visible Scope to open the Visible Scope dialog box.
  4. Select HL7. This setting must be selected for the script to be available in HL7 import process configuration.

  5. Click Save.
  6. Configure the HL7 import process that will execute the script. HL7 scripts are available for the following message actions:
