The primary Keyword Type for chart-based AutoFill Keyword Sets must be mapped to the Chart ID # chart data field.1

Chart-based AutoFill Keyword Sets are not managed through AutoFill Keyword Set Management in the OnBase Client.

Chart-based AutoFill Keyword Sets are not imported using the AutoFill Keyword Import Processor. The values in a chart-based AutoFill Keyword Set are pulled directly from a chart's data fields. When a set is used to index or re-index a document, the chart's current data is used.

When assigned at the Document Type level, chart-based AutoFill Keyword Sets can be assigned only to Document Types in a medical record Document Type Group. To allow non-medical documents to be indexed using chart-based AutoFill Keyword Sets, assign the AutoFill Keyword Set to its primary Keyword Type.
