Documents are designated as clinical content at the Document Type Group level. All medical record documents must belong to a Document Type in a medical record Document Type Group.
To designate a Document Type Group for medical records:

Select Contains Medical Record Document Types.
CAUTION:This setting is irreversible; ensure you want to treat all documents and Document Types in this group as medical records before applying this option. If the Assign New Medical Document Types to Chart Context setting is selected under Medical | Medical System Settings, then all Document Types in this group will be irreversibly designated as chart Document Types.
Note:Document Types belonging to a medical record Document Type Group cannot be deleted from OnBase, even if the -ROMANZO switch is applied.
