To configure the Merge Into AutoFill Keyword Sets And Documents message action for overlapping identifiers:

  1. Ensure the assigned message template has been set up as described under Templates for AutoFill Keyword Sets.

    • The Use as secondary search keyword setting must be enabled for the PID field mapped to the assigning authority Keyword Type. Do not enable this setting for the corresponding MRG field.

  2. Ensure all AutoFill Keyword Sets that may be updated by this message action satisfy the Configuring AutoFill Keyword Sets for Overlapping Identifiers.
  3. Ensure all messages to be processed by this message action provide assigning authority values for identifiers.
