To configure the Patient Record Processor message action for overlapping identifiers:

  1. Ensure the assigned message template has been set up as described under Templates for AutoFill Keyword Sets.

    • If the template has an MRG segment, the Assigning Authority must be configured as a chart field override for the identifier assigning authority component in the MRG segment.

  2. Ensure all messages to be processed by this message action provide assigning authority values for identifiers.
