The Scripted Merge Processor message action provides finer control over merging when OnBase is configured for overlapping identifiers. Verify this action satisfies the following requirements:

  1. Ensure the assigned message template has been set up as described under Templates for AutoFill Keyword Sets.

    • In the MRG segment, the Assigning Authority must be configured as a chart field override for the assigning authority component in the MRG segment.

  2. Ensure all messages to be processed by this message action provide assigning authority values for identifiers.
