In OnBase Patient Window, access reasons apply to emergency access requests. If OnBase Patient Window is configured to prompt for an emergency access reason, then Patient Window users who request emergency access to content must provide a reason for the request. OnBase Patient Window prompts for an access reason only when the Prompt for Emergency Access Reason Patient Window setting is selected in the OnBase Configuration module.
