On systems that allow overlapping MRNs, the following error may be displayed when an import process is validated by either OnBase Configuration or the HL7 Listener:

Assigning Authority is a secondary for this MRN. It should be used as a Search Field.
This error may be logged if the assigned AutoFill Keyword Set uses the MRN as the primary value and the assigning authority as a secondary value.
This error indicates the assigning authority is not configured as a secondary search Keyword Type on the message template. To set the assigning authority as a secondary search field, see Using Secondary Values to Differentiate AutoFill Keyword Sets.
