When a user attempts to manually print a bar code face sheet from the OnBase Client, the following error may be displayed:

Error - failed to render face sheet document for layout ID [#]. Verify layout template is valid and accessible.
This error indicates that OnBase could not create the face sheet. To address this error, ensure that the face sheet's statement format is specified correctly in OnBase Configuration. Also ensure that the statement format is accessible from the client workstation.
Note:
If the HL7 Listener is set up to generate face sheets, but it cannot, then no error is displayed. Because no errors are displayed, the HL7 Listener is able to continue listening for new messages.
