When the Appointment Processor processes a message, it may log the following error:

[Appointment Scheduling Processor] Error: could not delete the Appointment
This error indicates the Appointment Processor could not delete an appointment based on the information in the HL7 message.
For the Appointment Processor to delete an appointment, the HL7 message must specify an existing appointment ID. If the message template is set up to record the assigning authority for each appointment ID, then the HL7 message also must provide a valid value in the Assigning Authority field component.
