Follow these steps to create a copy of the failed message's message type.

In OnBase Configuration, select Medical | HL7 | Message Template. The HL7 Message Template Configuration dialog box is displayed.

Click Copy. The HL7 New Name for Message dialog box is displayed.

Select the new message type and click Settings. The HL7 Message Settings dialog box is displayed.

Enter the letters ONB in the first Message Type field.
For example, if the original message type is ADT^A01, then the new message type is named ONB^A01.
