Create a one-off HL7 import process for the failed message.

  1. Select Medical | HL7 | Import Process. The HL7 Import Process Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  2. Type a name for the import process in the field at the bottom of the dialog box and click Create. Use a naming convention that indicates this is a one-off import process for the purpose of processing a failed message.
  3. From the Message Type drop-down, select the ONB message type you created in the previous procedure.
  4. Configure the remaining settings to match the configuration of the import process that failed.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Restart the HL7 Listener, and send in the message file you created.
