To print bar code face sheets:

  1. From the Client module, select Processing | Face Sheet Pending Queue. The Bar Code Face Sheet Queue is displayed.
    You can filter the queue by document Auto-Name using the Search Text field, which is located at the top of the Bar Code Face Sheet Queue. In the Search Text field, type the text to filter by. The queue is automatically filtered to display only documents that contain the entered text in their Auto-Names.
  2. Select one or more document(s) and right-click.

    The following table describes available right-click menu options:

    Description

    Print Selected

    Prints only the selected face sheet(s).

    Print All

    Prints all face sheets in the queue.

    Show All

    Displays all face sheets, including those that have been printed

    Note:

    Face sheets that have been deleted are excluded.

    Show Awaiting Print

    Displays only face sheets that have not been printed.

    Delete Selected

    Deletes the selected face sheet(s).

    Refresh

    Refreshes the queue.

  3. Select one of the print options. Face sheets that do not use Document Type indexing are printed immediately.

    If you are printing face sheets that include a bar code for Document Type indexing, you are prompted to select the Document Type(s) to assign to the bar code.

  4. If prompted, select the Document Type(s) to use for indexing. If you select multiple Document Types, each face sheet will print once per selected Document Type. You can filter listed Document Types by selecting a Document Type Group from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Print. The face sheets are sent to the printer.
  6. If prompted to send the printed face sheets to the trash can, click Yes to delete the face sheets, or click No to retain them in OnBase.
