The HL7 Event Log allows you to search for sent messages by date and by document handle.
To find a message in the HL7 Event Log:

Do one of the following:

To retrieve messages by date sent, enter the date range in the From Date and To Date fields at the top of the Event Log.

To retrieve by messages by document handle, enter the document handle in the Document Handle field. To use multiple document handles, separate each handle with a space, comma, or semicolon. To enter a range of document handles, use a hyphen with no spaces around it (for example, 101-110). You can also use a combination of these approaches (for example, 101,103-110).
Tip:You can also enter the document handle by dragging and dropping an item from a Document Search Results list into the Document Handle field.
Note:Searching by document handle also returns messages for items in Document Maintenance.
