The Outbound Message Log allows you to purge an archived message from OnBase. Purging a message both removes the message from the Outbound Message Log and deletes the OnBase document where the message contents are stored.
- In the Outbound Message Log, right-click the message and select Purge Item.
- Click Yes when prompted to confirm.
