To view messages in the Outbound Message Log:

  1. Find the message event the HL7 Event Log. See Finding Sent Messages.
  2. Right-click the message and select View Outbound Message Log. The Outbound Message Log is displayed. If the HL7 Auto-Sender made multiple attempts to send the message, then the Outbound Message Log displays an entry for each attempt.
  3. To view the original contents of a message, right-click the message and select View Message. The contents of the message are displayed.
