- From the OnBase Client, select Medical | Assign Chartless Documents. The Assign Chartless Documents window is displayed.
- In the Search Fields, type in search criteria and select Chart Search. All charts meeting the criteria are displayed in the Chart Name pane.
- Select a chart, right click and select Run Script... to display a list of all available scripts.

Select a script to run it on the chart.
