The Healthcare Form Manager requires a default banner to be configured. The default banner is the only banner the Healthcare Form Manager uses, even if multiple banners are configured. The Healthcare Form Manager does not respect the banner-related query strings used by the OnBase Patient Window.

To set a default banner:

  1. In OnBase Configuration, select Medical | User Interface Settings | Patient Window | Banner Configuration.
  2. Select the banner you want to set as the default.
  3. Click Set Default.

    An X is displayed in the Default column indicating the system's default banner.

  4. Click Close when finished.
