Ensure at least one category is assigned to each clinical packet. Otherwise, users will not be able to filter by that packet in the Healthcare Form Manager.

To assign categories to a form packet:

  1. Select Medical | Form Packets | Packet Configuration. The Form Packet Configuration dialog is displayed.
  2. Select a packet.
  3. Click Categories. The Form Packet - Category Assignment dialog is displayed.
  4. Select one or more categories from the Available Categories list.
    If the appropriate categories do not exist:
    1. Click Create New Category.
    2. Type a name for the category in the field provided.
    3. Click Create.
    4. Click Close when you are done creating categories.
  5. Click the Add(>>) button. The categories are added to the Selected Categories list.
  6. Click Close when you are done assigning categories.
