Before a packet can be associated with a category, the category must be created. Categories can be created as needed when the packet is configured.

To create a new category:

  1. Select Medical | Form Packets | Packet Configuration. The Form Packet Configuration dialog is displayed.
  2. Select a packet.
  3. Click Categories. The Form Packet - Category Assignment dialog is displayed.
  4. Click Create New Category.

    The Form Packet Category Configuration dialog is displayed.

  5. Type a name for the new category in the field provided.
  6. Click Create.
  7. When you are done creating categories, click Close.
