Users require rights to a form packet in order to assign the associated forms to a patient. If a user does not have rights to any packet a specific form belongs to, the user cannot assign that form to a patient in the Healthcare Form Manager.

To assign a user group to a form packet:

  1. Select Medical | Form Packets | Packet Configuration. The Form Packet Configuration dialog is displayed.
  2. Select a packet.
  3. Click User Groups. The User Group Assignment dialog is displayed.
  4. Select one or more user groups from the Available User Groups list.
  5. Click the Add(>>) button. The user groups are added to the Selected User Groups list.
  6. Click Close when finished.
