Form packets are configured in OnBase Configuration.

To configure a new form packet:

  1. Select Medical | Form Packets | Packet Configuration. The Form Packet Configuration dialog is displayed.
  2. Type a name for the form packet in the field provided.
  3. Click Create. The Form Packet Settings dialog box is displayed.
  4. Under Packet Type, select Clinical.
  5. Click Save. The packet is added to the Packet list.
  6. Continue to Adding Forms to a Packet.
