You can configure specific labels for the filter drop-down lists in the Healthcare Form Manager. These lists are displayed in the Create New Patient Packet dialog. You can also specify whether the Language filter should be available to allow for the assignment of translated forms.
To configure labels for filters:

Select Medical | Form Packets | Form Packet Manager Options. The Form Packet Manager Options dialog box is displayed.

Update the following options as needed:
Option
Description
Category
Type a new label for the Category: drop-down list. If this field is left blank, the Category: label is used.
Form Packet
Type a new label for the Packet: drop-down list. If this field is left blank, the Packet: label is used.
Language
Type a new label for the Language: drop-down list. If this field is left blank, the Language: label is used.
Use Interface Translations
Select this option if the Language: drop-down list should be available. If a packet contains forms with multiple translations, the Language: drop-down list allows users to select the translation that should be displayed to the patient.
